Shri Amarnath Shrine Board has started the online registration process for the devotees wishing for an annual pilgrimage-2021 to the holy cave of Shri Baba Amarnath, which is situated at an elevation of about 3888 meters above sea level. On the very first day, a large number of devotees showed interest in registering the yatra.


This time the board has also arranged that if a devotee makes an online helicopterbooking for the Amarnath Yatra, he is not required to register for the yatra.
 All they need have to show their health certificate and helicopter ticket, travel will be allowed immediately.


The process of online registration has started on Thursday
15 April. This registration facility is available for both travel routes Baltal and Chandanbari. However, permission for pilgrimage will be given only to fully healthy devotees in the age group of 13 years to 75 years. This year, the annual pilgrimage to the holy cave of Shri Amarnath will begin on 28 June and will conclude on 22 August 2021 on the day of Raksha Bandhan.



The system of online registration was kept for the first time for a few days as an experiment last year. Seeing its better results, the board has regularized the online registration system from this year. This time six lakh devotees are expected to come on the annual pilgrimage of Shri Amarnath.



Steps to register online for Baba Amarnath Yatra?

For online registration, devotees do not have to go any were. They can simply register themselves from the official website of Shri Amarnath Shrine Board i.e,  https://jksasb.nic.in/index.html .



  • Click of the “Register” button.



  • A new page https://jksasb.nic.in/agreeme.html
  • Click on “I Agree” Check Box and the click on “Register” button.
  • Then a new page will open https://jksasb.nic.in/register.aspx

Here you have to fill in all the necessary details like Route of Yatra, Date of Yatra, Full Name, Father/Husband Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Mobile no., State, District, Address etc.


Sources said that online registration is on a first come first served basis. Only those devotees whose documents will be fully valid will be registered. Only after checking all the applications, the applicant will be allotted the journey route and the date for the journey.

 Follow these rules while applying

The devotees applying for online registration will have to fill their prescribed registration form and put their photo and health certificate on it. Only the health certificate issued by the authorized doctor, health institute, which will be issued on or after 15 March 2021, will be valid. At the time of the yatra, devotees will have to carry the original copy of all the necessary documents including their identity cards. Travel will be allowed only by the scheduled date and route. Pregnancy for one and a half months or longer women will not be allowed to travel.

According to the report of this magazine, Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, has once again become the richest person in Asia. He has surpassed China's Jack Ma, who became Asia's richest man a year ago. Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group and the second richest person in India, has reached the 24th position in the list of the world's richest people. His total assets are estimated at $ 50.5 billion.


Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos once again ranked first in Forbes' 35th annual list. Forbes has declared Bezos the world's richest person for the fourth time in a row.
