UP BEd 2021: Application Process Online and B.Ed Entrance Exam Offline

UP BEd Exam 2021: Lucknow University is to conduct the UP B.Ed entrance exam for the second consecutive year. The university is to process the admission of 2.5 lakh seats of UP B.Ed 2021 course conducted in more than 2000 institutes of the state. In the meeting held on Monday 25 January 2021 in the B.Ed department regarding the entrance examination, it was proposed to conduct the entrance exam in the offline mode on May 19, 2021. At the same time, the process of admission to UP B.Ed. 2021 has to be kept online like the previous year. In addition, the UP B.Ed. 2021 prospectus may be released soon by Lucknow University.

Department informed about that the proposed exam date, exam mode, admission process, etc. proposals have been sent to the state government for approval in the meeting. The UP B.Ed Joint Entrance Exam 2021 advertisement will be released as soon as the approval from the government. Department expected the advertisement to be released on 1 February 2021.

Last year UP B.Ed admission process was started by Lucknow University in August for the academic year 2020-21, which lasted till December 2020. The process was conducted by the university for about 2.5 lakh seats of all the participating institutions in the state. However, out of these only 1,83,909 seats were filled and 60,972 seats remained vacant.
