UP Police to recruit 95OOO posts


For the candidates who want to join the UP police department, the UP government has open bumpers recruitment for them. State Chief Minister said, "About 95 thousand police personnel will be recruited. Let the candidates be selected on the basis of written examination and physical examination in these police posts.



The examination will be held from 7 to 10 January next year. Right now, the full details have not been given for recruitment. It is believed that the information related to the recruitment soon will be released on UPP official website http://www.uppolice.gov.in .

More than 51,000 posts of Uttar Pradesh Police and PSC will recruit soon. In this new recruitment 20% of women will benefit. In this recruitment, more than 51,000 police, 3668 prison warders and 1669 firemen will be recruited.

In this new recruitment, eligible candidates will get relaxation in age limit in previous examinations. Such a benefit will be given to those who participated during the previous recruitment and they were eligible candidates.

According to the official statement, the decision of the police recruitment has been taken with the objective to further strengthen the state of law and order and crime control. UP Chief Minister has instructed to expedite the recruitment process to speedily eliminate the shortage of police personnel.
According to Uttar Pradesh's Principal Secretary, in the year 2018, 37575 policemen were given a large number of promotions to increase the morale of the policemen and to improve their work culture. According to Principal Secretary, in the Police Department, more than 2 lakh 29 thousand posts in civil police and PSC are accepted in the official provision.

Of which more than 97 thousand posts are still vacant. 51216 police personnel will be recruited soon to complete the shortage of police personnel. Under this, new employees of PAC personnel will be recruited on 32000 posts of Civil Police personnel and 19216 posts.
